Wrexham Registry Office Wedding – Catherine & Ian

Last Saturday saw us covering the wedding of Catherine and Ian, who had chosen to have a small intimate ceremony at Wrexham Registry Office and then on to a countryside restaurant for a meal with family and friends.

The weather stayed dry but the Autumnal air was crisp. I met up with Catherine at her home for the bridal preparations before heading on to the registry office where Ian and his best man were meeting up. Catherine arrived and was given away by her eldest son, and the flower girl was her beautiful grandaughter. Her bridesmaids had also arrived so we got some pre-ceremony shots before heading inside for the exchanging of vows. Signing of the register and a confetti shot completed the coverage at the registry office before we headed off to the restaurant for some more romantic shots in the gardens there. We captured Ian and Catherine and also the bridal party, family and friends with some stunning shots of Catherine and her flower girl sharing a moment together. A full group ended the outside shots before we went inside for the traditional cake cutting.

Catherine and Ian had organised an evening reception at their local social club and the evening saw us capturing all their family and friends whilst they awaited the first dance. After capturing this and of course Catherines flower girl enjoying the evening dancing, we left the party to enjoy the rest of the evening.

Congatulations, it was lovely to be part of this special day and capturing the moments for your wedding album.
