Wedding of Virginija and Robert – St Giles Wrexham & Bryn Howel Hotel Llangollen

The wedding today of Virginija and Robert had the most glorious sunshine. The day started with some bridal preperation shots at the home of Verginija’s Mum in Wrexham. Her bridal flowers are the most stunning we have seen this year. The colour was stunning. On to St Giles parish Church to meet the groom and wait for the bridal party to arrive. We got some candid shots in the church grounds and then some great shots of the Bride and Bridesmaids arrival. Shots through the ceremony captured the atmosphere of the day, and then outside to get some shots in the church grounds before heading off to the Bryn Howel Hotel in Llangollen.
We captured some great shots down by the canalside and in the gardens. Virginija and Robert enjoyed the walking shots and these have turned out great. Some romantic shots with the wedding cars, todays cars were supplied by Antique Autos of Wrexham which were red and black and made a wonderful backdrop for the photographs. Finishing off with some shots of family, friends, and the bridal party completed the afternoon outdoors with the grand finale of a full group shot. Thanks to all those who gave us a wave!!!
We then moved inside to the wedding breakfast room to capture the cutting of the cake – today we had two cakes to photograph! A “traditional” tiered Wedding Cake plus a “lithuanian traditional cake” – I even got to try some of this and it was delicious!!
Best wishes to Mr and Mrs Maxwell hope you enjoy your honeymoon and look forward to seeing you both on your return.
