Rowton Castle Wedding Photography – Phillippa and Mark November 2011

Todays venue was at the stunning Rowton Castle, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, with the lovely Phillippa and Mark to capture their wedding photography for the day.
A mid-November day, but the weather was perfect for the wedding at this castle location.
The morning photography began with the bridal preps, Phillippa was very calm – despite a broken leg – and just looking forward to her special day. The bridesmaids, flower girls, Mum and Dad were on hand to ensure Phillippa was ready to say her vows.
Outside, Mark and his best man were putting the final touches to the speeches – feeling slightly nervous but again looking forward to the day ahead.
The ceremony gave us some fantastic shots – really capturing the joy and laughter from all the guests – tears from the bridesmaid during her emotional reading, she was not alone and tears of happiness were shared amongst many of the guests throughout the ceremony.
Outside to get some romatic shots in the grounds of the castle, with the light starting to fade away, gave a lovely wintery feeling to the images. The speeches again gave much laughter and tears, one of the best I have been privileged to capture! Off site then to allow the happy couple and their guests to enjoy their meal before heading back for the evening entertainment.
A wedding singer, casino tables and a disco set the eveing up to be a great success with everyone enjoying themselves – catured perfectly on camera. The first dance went well with the guests taking the floor with the newly weds. A special dance for Phillippa and her Dad ended my evenings coverage.
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Neal – thank you for allowing me to share your special day. I look forward to putting together your album for you to remember those special moments from your wedding day!
