Our latest wedding was at the North Coast Church in Towyn Rhyl and then on to Maenan Abbey Llanrwyst near Betws-y-Coed which was a new venue for us.
Another rainy June day for a wedding! An early start with bridal preps with Beverley and the bridesmaids before meeting the Gwydian and his groomsmen at The North Coast Church for a few pre-ceremony shots.
The ceremony included a live band performing during the exchanging of vows which made a lively change to the usually quite formal proceedings. As the weather was so wet and windy we managed a confetti shot or two before leaving for the reception venue.
The weather there was still no different, but with such a fantastic venue with beautiful interior designing there were plenty of places to have those all important romantic and family group shots. The weather dried up just long enough for a full group outside and a couple of shots of the bride and groom in the gardens.
After a short break whilst the bridal party enjoyed the wedding breakfast it was time to return for the evening reception and the traditional first dance.
Despite the dreadful weather a lovely day was had by all! Congratulations Beverley and Gwydion, I look forward to designing your album in the near future.
